The Brand Integrity Platform is now available as a mobile application for iPhone (iOS 9.1 or later) and Android (OS 5.0 or later).
To download the app, navigate to the App Store on your device and search for Brand Integrity.
Tap to download the app to your phone.
Once the download completes, open the app. There are two methods for logging in. The way you log in depends on your company program settings.
- If you use a username and password to log in to the site on your computer, you will use the same information to access the app.
- If your company uses single sign-on (SSO), where you log in automatically through your company intranet, you will use an SSO Authentication Code to access the app.
Instructions for each method are below.
Log in with username/password
On the log-in screen, enter your username and password into the top two fields, then tap Log In to access the mobile app. (Do not enter anything in the fields labeled Company Name and SSO Authentication Code.)
Log in using SSO authentication code
To find your code, log into your account on a computer. Navigate to your Profile page.
Click Profile Settings and select Mobile App SSO Auth Code from the drop-down menu.
You have to be on the web application on your computer to access the SSO authentication code.
Type your Company Name and SSO Authentication Code into the labeled fields and tap Log In to access. Keep in mind, the code expires in 5 minutes. (Do not enter anything into the fields labeled username and password.)
Enable push notifications
On your first log-in, a pop up will appear that asks you to opt in to push notifications. A push notification is a message that appears on your mobile device, for example, when you receive a recognition or have a recognition to review. The app doesn't have to be open on your device to receive push notifications.
We recommend allowing push notifications. Push notifications can be configured in your phone's settings.
