In order to utilize Brand Integrity's customer survey reporting dashboards and ticket management tools, each person on your team who needs access will need to have a user account in the Brand Integrity Platform.
To start this process, you will need to provide Brand Integrity a CSV (comma separated values) file containing each user's data. Brand Integrity will use this data to create the users and provide you with login credentials.
Creating the CSV data file
Using the schema below, create a spreadsheet using Excel, Open Office, or similar software. The first row of your file is the header row and contains the fields listed in Table 1 below. Starting on the second row, list each user as a separate row, with information relevant to that user populated in each column as instructed below.
- It is very important to include the header row with a name for each field. The names do not necessarily have to match the names in Table 1, but they must be unique within the file.
- The file must be formatted as a CSV and saved using UTF-8 character encoding.
The following table lists the required fields, as well as some highly recommended and optional fields.

User's email address. This field is highly recommended as it is typically used to create a username. It is also necessary for sending various system emails.
This tells our system whether to display survey dashboards for the user. Enter TRUE for access. All other values (including blanks) will be treated as FALSE and will not give access.

After you have created your draft file, please send it your Brand Integrity Project Manager to be processed. Users are typically created within 2-3 business days. Our team will provide you with usernames and a default password format (passwords must be changed after first login).
