Add a new credit card
Navigate to the Configuration page of the Admin panel by selecting Configuration from the Settings drop-down menu. Then click on Accounts under the Catalog section of the left-hand sidebar to access the Setup Catalog Accounts page.
Click the gear icon and select Edit Account Details to navigate to the Edit Account page. If you have more than one account set up, choose the account that you want to add a credit card to.

Scroll down the account page and click on the Add Credit Card button.
Enter the credit card information: card number, security code, expiration date, and the associated billing information.
Make sure to check the Active box. Click Save.
Edit an existing credit card
The steps for editing an existing card are the same as adding a new card. Navigate to the account and add a new card following the steps above. Then either inactivate or delete the old card.
To inactivate, click the gear icon and select View Card Details. On the credit card detail page, uncheck the Active box and then click Save.
To delete, click the gear icon and select Delete from the drop-down menu. Click OK when the browser asks to confirm the change. Click Save.
