Posting a recognition for a group is a great way to recognize the outstanding action of a team. Depending on your company specifications, you can recognize up to five people.
Group recognitions are limited to five because as the number of recipients increases, the recognition becomes less specific about what each person did (less strategic). Also, the larger the group, the longer it takes for the post to be reviewed and published.

How to submit a group recognition
Recognizing multiple people follows the same steps as an individual recognition post; however, it differs when selecting recipients and in writing the description.
Add multiple recipients to the Recipient text box. Begin by typing the first or last name of the person you want to add. The site will pull up matching names as well as the person's group information. Select the appropriate person from the list. Repeat this step to add multiple people to the recognition. You can select up to three people for a group nomination.
