Direct Reports page
Click on the user icon in the black menu bar and select Direct Reports from the drop-down menu.
This takes you to the Direct Reports page. From here you can sort Direct Reports by Points, number of Posts Written, and number of Posts Received. This data can be sliced by year, last 30 days, last 90 days, or a custom date range.
From this page, click on an individual user's name to navigate to his or her Profile page where you can see additional activity statistics (e.g., Comments Written, Post Shared, Achievements earned) as well as associated attributes.
To view another user's direct reports, navigate to his or her profile and select the Direct Reports tab.
From the Activity page
To see specific posts for your Direct Reports, use Activity Feed Filters.
The predefined filters let you automatically sort activity based on the groups specified in your program (e.g., Department or Location). If your direct reports are not all in the same group, you can create and save a custom filter by adding individual people through the custom filter feature.
Find individual users
If you are just looking for the activity of an individual who is not a direct report, you can review any user's individual data via the Profile page. There are many ways to find a specific user's profile page. The top two ways are:
- Navigate to your profile page. Type the name of the individual into the Find a profile... search bar at the top of the page.
- Navigate to the People page. Type the user's name in the Search Name field. Click on the individual's name to go to his or her profile.
