Sometimes you may need to go back to a post that you already submitted—to fix a typo, clarify a description, change the associated image, etc.
Until the reviewer opens the post, you can go back in and revise the recognition.
From the Thank You page
After you submit a post, you are directed to the Thank You page.
From the Thank You page, click the Edit Post button to return to the recognition.
On the Peer Recognition page, edit the recognition post (description, categories, title, image, etc) and click Submit to send it off for review and publication. Click here for instructions on writing a recognition post.
From your Recent Activity page
You can also edit a submitted post from the home page by clicking on the Recognition in Progress quick link icon to navigate to the Activity page (if using the legacy home page).
Or click on the drop-down menu next to your profile image in the menu bar and click Activity to navigate to the Recent Activity page.
The Recent Activity page will have a list of submitted recognition posts that are waiting to be reviewed by your manager. Click on the Edit button or the title of the recognition you want to edit to return to the Peer Recognition page.
Edit the post and click submit when finished. Click here for instructions on writing a recognition post.
Unable to edit post
Once a post is opened by the reviewer, you are no longer able to edit it. That means you can only edit posts that are awaiting review in your activity feed (the Activity column status is "You submitted a post for [NAME] that is awaiting review by [NAME]."
If you want to make changes to a post that is under review or that has already been reviewed and published, contact your Program Administrator.
