Set up an automated report to receive in your email at a specified date and time.
Click on the clock icon in the top right of the report title bar.
This opens the Email Dashboard window for designating specifications for the emailed report.
First select which tabs from the Dashboard that you want included in the email from the Dashboard Tabs drop-down menu. For example, if you are in the Recognition Dashboard, selecting Summary and Activity from the Dashboard Tabs drop-down will send those two report views (based on the specified timing).
Next, indicate the frequency of the emailed report from the Repeats drop-down. Reports can be set to send Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Then select a time for the emailed report from the Time drop-down.
Click the Add recipients or define customer subject and message link to open the fields for adding additional recipients to the report email, modifying the email subject line, and adding a custom message.
Finally, click the Schedule button to save the settings and schedule the report email.
Note: You can unsubscribe from any existing scheduled reports by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
