General enhancements

• Reintroduced a comment button to the Activity Feed.
• Updated communication template for gift card confirmation email.

Bug fixes

• Fixed bug causing Lifetime Points and Achievements to display zero results.
• Fixed issue on Manage Users page where the group picker was not reflecting changes to active/inactive users in the user file.
