To add points for multiple users at one time, use the Points page in the Admin panel. (Adding or subtracting points for an individual user is simple to accomplish from the Manage Users page.)
Navigate to the Admin panel by clicking the Settings icon on the menu par and selecting Administration.
Click the Bulk Actions button and select Download Points Template to download a CSV file pre-populated with your company's user data. This file includes two columns for adding points: Comments and Points.
Fill in the Points column with the number of points to add or subtract. Fill in the Comments column if desired. The comment will show up on the Points page with the additional points.
Note: Using the bulk action to add or subtract points does so for both lifetime (all-time) and redeemable points (if using).
Save the file to your computer (keep the file in the CSV file format).
From the Bulk Actions menu, select Upload Points to open the window for importing the CSV Points Template that has been updated with the appropriate point additions.
Click Browse and select the CSV file from your computer. Confirm the email address to send the upload confirmation report.
Click Upload CSV to import the file and bulk add points for the users specified.
